Description:Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults (ages 6 to 22) with autism and related disabilities and their families? Easter Seals Florida is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Office and Data Entry Manager. This position involves management and supervision of office operations in a Private School environment with a trusted and reputable non-profit organization.

Easter Seals Florida provides services throughout Florida for people with disabilities and special needs and their families. We have approximately 300 team members statewide working to meet our goal of helping people live full and enriching lives to each individualís potential.

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, hard working team member to oversee the school/admin office and all of its functions.

This is a part-time position, up 30 hours per week.
Duties:Responsibilities for the Office and Data Entry Manager position include, but are not limited to, customer relations and interactions; tuition collections; bank deposits, petty cash management, data entry and maintenance for payment, billing and family information; student tours and admissions; processing and maintaining human resources files of teaching staff; preparing and submitting monthly reports; assisting School Director with facilities management and center vendors; regular interfacing with headquarters offices of human resources, accounting, etc.
Qualifications:A.A. or A.S. in business or related field preferred OR documented equivalent experience in an office management setting.

Minimum of one year experience in a position that requires customer service, clerical and data entry.

Experience with children with special needs/disabilities preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer relations and interaction skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Proficiency in learning job specific software

Detail oriented

Data entry and basic financial skills

Strong organizational skills
Fast learner

Ability to complete tasks and projects with minimum supervision

Ability to create, implement and maintain processes and systems (including filing)
